These are some of the photos of the engine swap. The 95 Acura Integra LS engine that our customer found was supposed to have only 20K miles on it, but we found oil leaking out of two exhaust ports. When we took the engine apart to fix it, the engine had wear like it had 220K miles on it. Basically, our customer got taken really badly. We rebuilt the engine and installed the engine into the vehicle. The engine ended up great. We used HCP engine mounts in this swap so the engine would lean back in the CRX and give us the room we need to install a turbocharger into this vehicle. We finished the swap without the turbo first so that our customer could drive the car while the weather is still nice and get it back in here during the Winter to finish the conversion. Towards the end of the swap, our customer requested that we finish this car with junkyard parts to save some money and get it back on the road. Other than the stupidity of our customer to use these junkyard parts, our workmanship was fantastic. We are not giving credit to the owner of this vehicle because we let him take the vehicle before he finished paying for it and then he stuck us with the bill. We still put the car up though to showcase the awesome work we did on this car. Maybe one day the owner will grow up and be a man and come to pay for the work we did for him. Maybe if he does, we may finish the car and update this page to showcase the potential of these cars when in our capable hands and finally give credit to the owner of this car.
